Hello there! My name is Dr. Harleen Kang. I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Washington. With a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Washington, I have over 8 years of experience in psychiatry. My approach is evidence-based, holistic, and patient-centered, focusing on anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, PTSD/trauma, life transitions, loss and grief, and adjustment issues. I utilize therapy models like CBT, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness-based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Let's embark on this journey to a happier, healthier life!
In my spare time, I enjoy being with family, my dog Theodore, and exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. I create a safe and judgment-free environment, partnering with my patients to find what works best for them.
