Overview

Hi! I'm Henry. I earned a master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University. I'm currently a licensed Marriage & Family Therapy Associate in Washington State. I have a combined 14 years of military experience in the US Army & US Marine Corps. I continue to work with veterans & other non-profits on community issues around identity & allyship. My personal journey includes experiences with blended families, marital transitions, housing challenges, & personal growth.

My therapy approach is systems oriented, collaborative, & eclectic. I provide a non-judgmental space for you to be heard no matter who you are. I believe in honesty, hope, & acceptance as keys to understanding the world we live in. I work with individuals, relationships, & families of all kinds. I believe everyone deserves support to heal & find balance while navigating life's journey. I do my best to do that in the framework of how you experience the world.
