Overview
I'm Henry, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) here in WA. I hold a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University. I am a military veteran, having served in both the US Army and US Marines Corps. I'm a cat dad and a Pacific Northwest resident since 2018.
I work with individuals struggling with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I work with couples, partnerships, and adult family members struggling with challenges around attachment, infidelity, blended families, and divorce. I am a proud ally of marginalized identities and wholly support the LGBQTIA+ community. I hold a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional II certificate.
Therapy is collaborative and client driven. I utilize two main therapy approaches: Emotionally Focused Therapy, an evidence based therapy, and Structural Therapy, which works with realigning boundaries and hierarchies.
