Hi there, I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with years of experience helping individuals improve their quality of life. I received my Bachelor's degree in social work from the University of Alaska, Anchorage in 2016 and my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Washington in 2019.

My practice is dedicated to the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment without judgment. My approach is strength-based and empowering, focused on meeting you where you are. I specialize in anxiety, depression, women's issues, life transitions/adjustments, and body image issues. I am a Health at Every Size Clinician, utilizing therapy models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy. Every human is welcome!
