Hello and welcome! I'm glad you're here. Whether you're feeling stuck, uncertain, or alone, or looking to process your past or seek support for the future, I'm committed to creating a space of acceptance, compassion, and curiosity. My therapeutic approach is grounded in building a strong client-clinician relationship, where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I provide counseling services to children, adolescents, and young adults, both in person and virtually. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life adjustments, maternal health, mindfulness, self- esteem, and stress. I hold a Master of Social Work degree and I'm licensed in the State of Washington. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the Pacific Northwest with my husband and baby, reading, and visiting my hometown and family in New York City.
