Growing up in Germany, I was drawn to the helping professions. Talk therapy never made sense to me. I believe there is more to life than just talking. My broad interests led me to study and practice various experiential approaches. I have worked with a diverse range of people, from 3 to 103 years old, in different settings. Over ten years ago, I started my first business, "My Life Alive," after a profound therapy session.
