I specialize in helping individuals struggling with trauma, PTSD, ADHD, and addiction find practical tools for healing and lasting change. I have five years of experience working in mental health and am passionate about helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can move forward with confidence. I spent 16 years working in dentistry, where I developed a deep appreciation for helping people feel comfortable and supported during vulnerable moments. I also hold a bachelor's degree in criminal justice with a focus in Forensics, which sparked my interest in understanding human behavior. Being a stay-at-home mom further shaped my empathy and understanding of life's challenge and transitions. My approach to therapy is compassion, practical, and focused on helping clients build skills to manage trauma, regulate emotions, and create meaningful change. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and must, both of which remind me that growth takes patience and care.
