Hello, my name is Christopher Carver, and welcome to your next mission. I am located in the Eastern Washington (Spokane) area. I offer virtual individual therapy specializing in Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma responses. I have worked in the field of veteran transitions/PTSD trauma for the last several years. I can also assist those who feel stuck and are having a difficult time moving forward. I work in a nonjudgmental style, allowing clients to express their needs and working with the whole person.

I am trained in motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and EMDR. I provide appropriate resources to ensure my clients feel safe to focus on their mental health needs. I achieved a Master of Social Work from Eastern Washington University in 2014 and have worked in the mental health field since.
