Licensed in Washington with a Master's from Oregon State University, I've spent nine years with the Oregon Air National Guard, gaining insight into military culture and PTSD. My work spans various life stages, from adolescence to retirement, with a focus on the beauty of the human experience. I cherish nature and time with my children in the PNW.

My approach is centered on a healing connection, using EMDR, CBT, and Schema Therapy to address anxiety, depression, and transition issues. I believe in a collaborative, co-creative counseling process, guiding clients through their journey with empathy and empowerment.
