Overview

I provide a supportive space for navigating life's challenges with a primarily empathetic and compassionate lens. My approach is rooted in genuine care and the belief in each individual's innate capacity for a fulfilling life. As a first-generation neurodivergent Latina, I welcome you to come to sessions as your authentic self. I will strive to bring my authentic self to sessions as well.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending quality time with my loved ones and having new experiences. These include being outdoors, going to concerts, and discovering new food around Seattle. You might also catch a glimpse of my dog Nala during one of our telehealth sessions!
