Overview

Ahmad Bennett, MA, LMFTA, MHP, founded CrossRoads Family Therapy Services after his personal growth in mental health. Following his early medical retirement from the United States Navy, Ahmad had to recreate himself. This journey began with a strong relationship with a mental health therapist who connected with him, building trust and rapport.



CrossRoads Family Therapy Services is designed to see the whole person and foster healthy therapeutic relationships. We teach our clients direct communication, setting synchronized expectations, and creating healthy boundaries in all relationships.
