I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with the State of Washington. I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at Eastern Washington University in social work. I utilize a humanistic approach to therapy, focusing on free will, human potential, and self-discovery.



I have extensive experience working with various populations and have identified common themes such as feelings of hopelessness, helplessness, and suicidal ideations. I also address issues like invisibility, trauma, grief, and the search for purpose. I am trained in a variety of treatment models and will work with you to determine the best approach for your needs. Having lived in the spectacular Pacific Northwest for decades, I have a deep appreciation for this region and would never consider living anywhere else.
