It is important for me is to discover what is important to my clients. I help others find what they want in life and get it. It is one thing to live life. It is more to enjoy life. I help individuals, couples, and families to find happiness in all aspects of functioning, including emotional and sexual intimacy.

My primary therapeutic modality is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, where I have received advanced training and consultation in my EMDR practice. I am involved in the advancement of EMDR therapy along with others. I have witnessed how EMDR helps others make a difference in their lives.
