Overview

It is important for me to discover what is important to my clients. I help others find what they want in life and get it. It is one thing to live life. It is more to go live happy. I help folks find happiness in all aspects of functioning, including emotional and sexual intimacy. What makes you happy?

My primary therapeutic modality is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, where I have received advanced training and consultation in EMDR practice. I have witnessed how EMDR helps others make a difference in their lives. I accomplish this along with MI, CBT, and DBT. I am a Certified Sexologist with the American Board of Sexology.

I enjoy helping clients find purpose and new ways to go live happy. I stay busy in my Clinical Practice and in my Doctoral Program. I fly drones for fun. This makes me happy. What makes you happy? We can explore your goals and begin working on them now.
