With over 18 years of experience, I specialize in grief and loss, life transitions and meaning, and existential struggles. I offer a relaxed and safe space for exploration, using psychotherapy and art therapy as tools for expression and healing. I hold an MA in Psychology & Art Therapy and am board-certified as an art therapist (ATR-BC), and a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Oregon. I connect with myself through art-making, writing, and a daily walk.
