I'm Jeremy Fluhrer, a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Washington, with a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and an MSW from USC. Since 2018, I've worked in community mental health and now with Mindful Therapy Group, serving a diverse clientele. My approach is strength-based and person-centered, viewing you as the expert of your life with me as your guide.

I'm trained in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and more. I have a special focus on the LGBTQIA+ community and issues like trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and borderline personality disorder.
