Hi, I'm Rachael Simmer, a licensed mental health counselor in Bellingham, WA. I have a BA in Sociology from Western Washington University and an MA in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University. With over a decade of experience in residential settings, I now run Trillium Counseling, a private practice. I prioritize creating a safe space for clients to reconnect with their inner resources and tend to their unmet needs. My holistic approach considers the mind, body, and spirit, and I value authenticity and vulnerability.



I work with individual adults who identify as women, gender expansive, and non-binary. Alongside counseling, I enjoy the Chuckanut mountains, art, yoga, music, and dessert.
