Overview

I am a therapist based in the Pacific Northwest, dedicated to helping individuals overcome addictions, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and other life stresses. I believe in a collaborative approach to healing, providing honest and caring support without judgment. I tailor my methods to each person's unique needs, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches. As a warm and encouraging therapist, I combine experience, education, creativity, and humor to provide a down-to-earth counseling experience.

My credentials include a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Sociology (BS) from the University of Oregon. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSWAIC) and have extensive experience working with diverse populations, including the elderly, high-risk individuals, and refugees. I am currently practicing at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C. in Oregon under the supervision of a board-approved clinical supervisor.
