Overview

My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens when the mind and body can finally work together instead of against one another.

My practice integrates EMDR and is deeply informed by Polyvagal Theory, helping clients understand their nervous system responses and build internal safety from the inside out. In the near future, I’ll also be incorporating Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting as I complete advanced training in these modalities.

Together, we’ll work on helping you feel more balanced and centered from within.

I specialize in supporting women ages 18–35. I offer private pay and accept insurance for the time being.
