I believe therapy is about discovering your value system and learning to make decisions that align with your personal values. My passion is connecting with people who feel like their own voice has been lost in the noise around them.
I specialize in working with Identity Issues, Life Transitions, Spirituality, Intimacy, Non-Monogamous Relationships, and LGBTQ+ Individuals. It is my passion to develop a genuine relationship with my clients where we can safely have difficult conversations and resolve conflicts.
I am a licensed mental health counseling associate in Washington State. I enjoy the outdoors, spending time with my dog, and finding meaning in helping others thrive and accomplish their goals. I am an empathetic listener at heart and approach people with acceptance and curiosity.
