Overview

I have 8 years of experience helping individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, and other issues. I believe in relaxed, natural conversations and incorporate laughter into my work. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Social Sciences and a Master's in Social Work (MSW) with a concentration in mental health. I am licensed in Washington state as a Licensed Social Work Associate & Independent Clinical (LSWAIC). I use a client-centered, strengths-based, eclectic approach that includes Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, CBT, Problem Solving Therapy, and Positive Psychology.
