Esther Odaibo PMHNP has 15 years of clinical experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. She started as a critical care nurse, working in various intensive care settings. She also worked as an emergency room nurse and a psychiatric nurse in inpatient, outpatient, corrections, and detoxification programs. Esther is board certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She applies her experience to provide treatment for various mental health conditions, focusing on building a strong therapeutic rapport with her patients and working as a team to create sustainable treatment plans. Esther has training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, supportive therapy, motivational interviewing, and substance use treatment.
