Overview

Over the years of my practice, I've observed how many men can face unique crises of meaning and purpose in our society with little support. I am passionate about making space for men to discover their values, assess what is getting in the way, establish goals, and get them closer to who and what is important to them every week.

I specialize in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Gottman Method Therapy to help individuals with their unique problems. I am a certified Gottman and ADHD professional.
