Overview

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Washington state. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees at Pacific Lutheran University. Before my nursing career, I spent 4 years on active duty in the United States Navy.



My professional experience includes working with individuals in both inpatient and community-based settings, treating a variety of disorders such as psychosis, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. I believe in fostering strong therapeutic relationships with my clients, providing client-centered and evidence-based treatment that reflects best practices. I offer individually tailored medication management along with psychotherapy such as CBT, supportive therapy, and motivational interviewing. I am dedicated to lifelong learning and strive to expand my knowledge to better serve each person's unique needs.
