I am a licensed clinical social work associate in Oregon, providing mental health services under the supervision of an experienced licensed clinical social worker. I work with individuals of all ages, using a strength-based and trauma-informed approach. I help my clients understand themselves on a deeper level, using evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I also have knowledge in behavioral analysis, attachment theory, body-mind connection, and somatic healing.

I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
