Overview

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive health services. With a master's in nursing from Marquette University and a post-master's certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from Maryville University, I bring knowledge and experience to Telehealth and in-person sessions. My specialties include adult ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and more.



Using psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, neurobiology, and a collaborative effort with each client, I address their mental health needs and pursue treatment goals. I create a safe environment for all my clients, offering brief psychotherapy rooted in motivational interviewing and mindfulness, along with evidence-based medication management. Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, practicing Pilates, reading, traveling, spending time with my family and dogs, and staying active.
