I moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2017 after earning my Master's in Addictions Counseling. With 8+ years in mental health across various settings, I'm a CADC-I and Professional Counselor Associate. My specialties are trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression. Building authentic connections with clients, I offer unconditional positive regard for open and honest conversations.

Passionate about the outdoors, I enjoy hiking, skiing, and time near the ocean with my growing family. Nature is the foundation of my spiritual practice.
