I am a Clinical Social Worker Associate in Oregon. Graduated with a bachelor's degree from Pittsburg State University in 2012 and with a MSW from the University of Kansas in 2014. Experienced in working with children and families in foster care, focusing on trauma, attachment, and resiliency. My therapy style incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy, drawing from trauma and attachment concepts as well as the mind/body connection. Interested in LGBTIA+ issues. Nonjudgmental, strengths-based, and person-centered.

I believe every problem has a solution and that change is possible. Individuals have the power to transform their lives and I see my role as a guide, providing support, encouragement, and information. Practicing under a board- approved clinical supervisor at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C., in accordance with OAR 877-020-0012.

I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
