Overview

In 2012, my mother passed away from liver cancer. This loss fueled my commitment to helping others, inspired by the deep empathy and care I witnessed in Hospice workers. I pursued a Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling from Grand Canyon University. With experience as a social worker and mental health technician, I now focus on therapy for grief, bereavement, and trauma. I also offer support for anxiety, attachment issues, depression, LGBTQA+ related issues, and more. Therapy should be flexible and tailored to each individual, utilizing various methodologies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

As a member of the Association for Death Education and Counseling (ADEC), I have access to extensive resources and connections to assist anyone suffering from loss or sadness. I approach my work with compassion and a genuine desire to help
