Hello and welcome to Courageous Healing, PLLC! I'm Lizzie, an associate clinical social worker (LSWAIC) with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Dance from Smith College (2015), and an MSW from Smith College School for Social Work (2020).

I offer compassionate, client-centered therapy using CBT, MI, emotion-focused communication, PBIS, mindfulness, and more. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and conflicts within families and couples. In-person and telehealth services available. LGBTQIA+ and marginalized populations welcome. I specialize in kids, teens, young adults, and families ages 3-21.
