Overview
Hello and welcome! My counseling approach is integrative, drawing from multicultural and Humanistic perspectives. I prioritize your psychological wellbeing and believe that you are the expert in your own journey towards change. I utilize positive, goal-oriented strategies to help you build strengths and coping tools, supporting increased motivation, self-worth, quality of life, and commitment to change. Modalities I use include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-based interventions like Motivational Interviewing (MI). I also work with trauma/PTSD and somatic symptoms using trauma-informed modalities.
I provide telehealth-based psychotherapy to adults, couples, and families in Washington State through video conferencing.
