Hello! I am a Licensed Associate Clinical Social Worker with 5+ years of experience in mental health. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work and an undergraduate degree in Sociology from California State University Bakersfield. My experience includes working in inpatient mental health, community mental health, and community corrections settings. I specialize in CBT, DBT, and SFT.



I have successfully assisted individuals with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma. In my spare time, I enjoy running, cooking, tinkering with computers, and spending time outdoors with my family. I take a person-centered, humanistic approach and believe that each individual is the master of their own journey towards fulfillment and meaning in life. It is an honor for me to walk alongside my clients as they move forward towards recovery, personal fulfillment, and gaining new perspectives on life.
