I work with adolescents and adults, specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, PTSD, bipolar, suicidality, and substance use disorders. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care to create a judgment-free zone for healing.
