Hi, I'm HaYaun, a Clinical Social Work Associate in Oregon. I graduated with a master's in social work from Portland State University in 2019. I have experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting, supporting clients with serious, persistent mental illness (SPMI), as well as working with diverse populations such as veterans, children, families, and people of color. I offer Korean-speaking sessions when needed.



My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, PTSD, multicultural issues, relationship difficulties, stress, and life transitions. My therapy style is warm, supportive, and person-centered, drawing from various approaches such as acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. Together, we will create a treatment plan that best meets your needs.
