Overview

Annie was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and has a deep appreciation for the many different sides of Oregon. She received her undergraduate degree in English Literature from Southern Oregon University. Annie discovered her passion for personal growth and healing while working as a wilderness trail crew leader in the Cascade and Sawtooth Mountains. She transitioned into mental health after her last summer guiding wilderness trail crews. Annie has spent the past few years working in community mental health as an outpatient, crisis, and school counselor.



Annie is invested in meeting people where they are at and empowering them to discover and utilize their strengths and positive support network. She works within a trauma-informed, relationship-based framework and considers herself a lifelong learner, an intersectional feminist, and an artist. In her spare time, Annie enjoys live music, yoga, writing, and spending time outdoors with her family.
