Overview

Latosha Walker is the owner and founder of Pinnacle Psychiatric Services, PLLC. She is a licensed Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner with degrees in nursing from East Tennessee State University. Latosha also holds a post- graduate certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health.

With a background in Exercise Science and Sports Management, Latosha became a nurse after caring for her daughter with special needs. She noticed a lack of expertise in providers dealing with developmental, psychiatric, and chronic health problems. Latosha has worked in primary care for individuals with special needs for and believes in treating both the body and mind for a good quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys working out, watching sports, and spending time with her family.
