Overview

I am a community-based Social Worker with a passion for providing holistic and person-centered mental health services. I work at a GED/High School Diploma completion center, helping youth and young adults overcome barriers to employment and education. I provide one-on-one counseling and lead group discussions on personal mental health and social topics. I completed my Master of Social Work at the University of Washington in 2020.



I have experience working with clients facing depression, anxiety, attachment disorders, trauma, and more. I believe therapy is a journey of self-discovery and insight, where we can address hindrances to well-being and develop strategies for happiness and productivity. I create a safe, judgment-free space for clients to share their concerns and celebrate successes. Together, we will identify issues, explore their roots, and envision the healthiest version of yourself.
