Overview

I gained fundamental skills and knowledge about the application of clinical practice across a variety approaches over the course of my education and career. While completing my master's degree at Pacific University, I had the privilege of supporting individuals in community health with a variety of mental health challenges and concerns.

I emphasize self-advocacy and skill development while promoting knowledge and awareness of the influence of stigma on mental health and well being. Therapy techniques are adapted to fit the needs of the individual while sessions can be as fluid or structured as necessary. I work with clients to create personalized treatment plans with clear objectives and ongoing reflection about their progress over time.
