Overview

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) with a master's degree in counseling from the University of Phoenix in Tempe, Arizona. With over 20 years of experience, I have worked in various settings such as community mental health clinics, schools, and early learning centers. My passion lies in helping children and families reach their full potential.



In therapy, I approach children and families with a Solutions Focused lens, believing that individuals have the answers to their own problems. I am also driven by my belief in infant mental health and the importance of relationships in our lives. Together, we can learn and think about the tools you and your family need. My areas of focus include emotional and behavioral issues in children, depression, anxiety, family relationships, parenting stress, and re-establishing connections.
