Anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflict can weigh on us and interfere with our day-to-day functioning. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in Washington State, with a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University. I have experience working with individuals and couples tackling various circumstances.



As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to challenge existing patterns and collaborate with you to define your own path to health. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples to address attachment needs and Solution-Focused therapy with individuals to build hope and utilize their strengths.
