I work with anxiety, depression, bipolar, panic attacks, life transitions, ADHD, Autism, and substance use disorders. I specialize in health psychology and can help with chronic pain, major health diagnoses, and mental health challenges impacting physical conditions. I also work with substance use disorders, identifying factors and reducing negative impacts.
