Overview

One thing I learned in life is that everyone holds a unique story that has shaped them into who they are. My passion lies in helping couples, families, and individuals navigate the difficult challenges that life presents, which affect their relationships and world, and understand each other better. I will work with clients to utilize their strengths and build resilience, and provide them with tools to practice outside of therapy. I want clients to be equally involved, communicating their needs and goals, and listening to each other throughout the process. I can help by expanding the microscope beyond the problem, looking at how everything is connected, how it affects the relationship, and what the problem looks like from other perspectives. Providing different opportunities to find balance.
