Hello, I'm Susan (Sue) Stark, a partner on your therapeutic journey to discovering what you want to create a 'life worth living'. Together, we travel to meet your goals, navigating challenges as they arise and finding solutions that make sense to you!

My philosophy - We are all unique and have but one precious life to live. I do not believe in 'one size fits all' therapy. I will listen to your life story and serve as a confidante and tour guide during our time together.

My background - I have a diverse professional background; Army Veteran, Bank Manager, Financial Advisor, Mother, Grandmother (the last two roles being of the utmost importance). All of these life experiences bring me to my current and favorite professional role as a Mental Health Therapist.
