Overview

LeKeshia Mathis has been working in the behavioral health and social work field since 2013. She obtained her Master’s in Social Work from the University of New England. Following this, she obtained her Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Capella University. Currently she is working towards her Doctorate in Social Work and is anticipated to graduate in 2024.

Mrs. Mathis is certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, is a Certified Domestic Violence Specialist I, and a Certified Parenting Instructor. Mrs. Mathis has experience providing counseling services to a variety of individuals, particularly couples, and individuals battling addiction and co-occurring disorders. Mrs. Mathis is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, and she utilizes a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling, in an attempt to foster hope, healing, and resilience.
