Overview

I have provided counseling services since 2008 and have experience with a wide range of mental health and behavioral disorders in various treatment settings. This includes crisis stabilization units, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, inpatient substance abuse treatment centers, outpatient community mental health, and both inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment in correctional settings. I have extensive experience working with individuals with complex issues.



As an inclusive therapist, I work with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. My primary treatment approaches include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe that building a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients is essential for facilitating change, and I often integrate humor and creativity in sessions.
