Overview

I graduated from Antioch University with my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Clients find my calming and peaceful presence comforting as they feel heard and supported while sharing their stories with me. I am goal-oriented and enjoy collaborating with clients to create an organized plan for their therapeutic goals and personal growth. I provide a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences.



My counseling approach is trauma-informed, allowing me to empathize with clients' life events and how they shape their worldview. I have experience working with clients aged 3-20+ who have experienced physical and sexual abuse, as well as those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, shame, guilt, and more. I enjoy working with the Muslim and immigrant population. Additionally, I provide support and psychoeducation to parents and caregivers of trauma survivors.
