Overview
Welcome! As a survivor myself, it is my honor to assist and guide women through the unspoken obstacles of motherhood and womanhood. As women, we are often put on a pedestal and expected to overperform, overgive, and over-compromise. We are taught that our identities are made up of everything outside of ourselves: our relationships, our roles in other peoples' lives, and our service to others. Mother Rose Mental Health Counseling is an active rebellion from this ideology. In my office, we ask: Who am I outside of these labels? How can I integrate my relationships into my whole person instead of being defined by them? What do I actually want? What would actually make me happy?
My goal is always to assist each client in finding genuine joy, connection, wellness, and wholeness. In addition to reducing symptoms, my passion is in helping each woman create a life that feels authentic, balanced, natural, and aligned with her personal values.
