Overview

Welcome to Lunar Tides Therapy! I approach therapy through the understanding that individuals are a product of their environmental contexts and may equally influence those contexts. I believe that we do not exist in a stagnant and unchanging world, and are continuously evolving as individuals, which shapes my scope of practice. I focus on working with clients towards empowerment and identifying behavioral, cognitive, and emotional patterns that may no longer serve their best interests. It is my goal to work with you to develop healthy coping behaviors, restructure emotional responses, and repair (or create) new relationships that reflect the goals we establish together in therapy. I believe each of us possesses the potential to take responsibility for the lives we’ve been given and tocreate our own meaning. I collaborate with my clients to embark on an inward journey where we explore how they can utilize their strengths to heal, live authentically, and reach their full potential.
