Overview

Background: I'm a Licensed Social Work Associate in Washington with clinical experience in community mental health. I treat PTSD, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and personality disorders. I specialize in clients struggling with complex emotions, self-image, and self-destructive behaviors. I value my clients' perspective and empower them to make decisions in therapy.



Education: I hold a Bachelor of Science and Master of Social Work from the University of Washington. Trained in Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing, I use these approaches to address a wide range of disorders including anxiety, trauma, mood, and personality disorders. I have some training in EMDR and am building experience to treat complex trauma.
