Overview

I specialise in working with people who struggle with Trauma that causes anguish in their relationships. By walking together in this journey not only can you learn how to create an improved version of yourself but a powerhouse with a story to tell. Alice Walker once said, "The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don't have any." Are you ready to regain your power?

My style is relaxed, warm, open, engaging, occasionally humorous, and always respectful. My education and training is in Clinical Mental Health Treatment and Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy in the form of Individual Therapy, Group Therapy and Dual Diagnosis (or Co-Occurring) Therapy.

Although my emphasis is Cognitive Processing Therapy, CBT and DBT I am also skilled in Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered Approach, Mindfulness Practice, Gestalt Therapy, ACT and many more. I help treat many symptoms of mental illnesses to include Depression, Anxiety, Grief, and Loss.
