Overview

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Washington. I received my Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington and my Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Seattle University. With experience at Seattle Children's Hospital as a Pediatric Mental Health Specialist, I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with diverse populations.



I believe in a holistic approach to mental health care, where medications and therapy are interconnected. I strive to provide individualized care and value a partnership with my clients to achieve therapeutic goals. I have experience working with various conditions such as mood/anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, PTSD, and ADHD.



Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, playing beach volleyball, guitar, video games, and exploring the outdoors.
