Overview

The psychic wounds of family turmoil, emotional neglect, and traumatic life experiences can be profound and run deep. Confusion, loneliness, fear, anger, and sorrow can hollow out the heart and leave in it an aching sense of shame, emptiness, inadequacy, brokenness, and maybe even hopelessness. We may feel disconnected from ourselves and the world around us, tangled up in unrelenting beliefs that tell us we are inherently flawed or somehow just not good enough, no matter how hard we try.

My aim is to offer a warm and grounded safe-haven where we can gently untangle these beliefs and, with curiosity, tenderness, and nonjudgmental acceptance, explore where they came from, how they have been impacting you, and whether or not they are leading you where you want to go. Together, we will lift up that voice again and listen for new ways of being that nurture self-awareness, authenticity, and self-trust, so that you may blaze a new path forward that is uniquely and meaningfully yours.
