Overview

Like a seed that holds within itself the wisdom of an entire tree, I firmly believe that we each, at our core, carry our own innate wisdom meant to guide us in our journey and help us thrive. Life is imperfect, though, and in the noise of all that is going on around us, or in the deafening silence, it can be difficult to hear that wise inner voice of ours that always knows the best way forward.

I approach therapy from an attachment lens within the overlap of neuroscience and my client's natural intuition, drawing primarily from emotionally focused therapy, IFS, ACT, somatic therapy, and a variety of mindfulness and expressive techniques.

My aim is to offer a warm and grounded safe-haven where we can gently untangle old patterns that may be restricting you. Together, we will lift up that voice again and listen for new ways of being that nurture a deeper self-awareness and authenticity, so that you can courageously blaze a trail forward that is uniquely and meaningfully yours.
